Deepali belongs to Nasik and was an engineering student. Her hobby of participating in cultural activities fetched her acting roles and she got her debut as Hum Ladkiyan. She has also performed in bunch of Marathi films named as Most Wanted, Parivartan, Ek Duja Sathi and Hello Gandhe Sir.
She has done many serials like Dill Mill Gaye, Devi and Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein and now Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon as Payal, IPKKND is all about a loyal wife who faces ill treatment and tries to save her daughter Laxmi being exploited by her own husband.
In an interview about her role in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, she stated, Actually I like taking up challenges and Suhagi’s character is very contradictory to my actual persona therefore it was very appealing and challenging for me to execute it. I always wanted to essay a very realistic role and playing Suhagi gave me a chance to do so.
