Gandi Baat actor Shahid Kapoor, who shared screen space with Vidya Balan in 2008 film Kismat Konnection, was also rumored to be dating her, has now become the neighbour of the actress.

He has brought a luxurious flat in Praneta Residence, located at Juhu Tara Road, which happens to be the same building where Disney UTV's head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur bought a sprawling sea-facing home and has been living there with his wife Vidya Balan ever since their wedding in December 2012.

“Shahid Kapoor's hunt for a new property has ended at a plush apartment in Juhu, which he has reportedly bought for a whopping sum of approximately Rs 32 crore. Now, once rumored to be a couple, Vidya and Shahid, are become neighbours,” informed sources.

Well, this is yet to disclose whether Shahid would live in the new house, make it his new office or it’s just another investment. “Shahid hasn't moved into his new road-facing property yet. But the apartment is presently being renovated,” said sources.

Few years back, Shahid Kapoor bought his mother Neelima Azim her dream home, a 3 BHK flat in Versova. The actress got shifted to the new house, which was close to Shahid’s apartment. Now if Shahid will move to the new, his connection with mother might get isolated.
