He was born to a Rajput family hailing from Chandigarh. He was the youngest in his family which consisted mainly of doctors and engineers. Sushant himself has fond memories of standing 1st in the 3rd grade. He once even topped the engineering entrance exam and ranked 7th in the All India scholarship exam.
Sushant’s life turned when he saw a dance show of Shiamak Dawar in Delhi and decided to join the dance troop. Seeing his hard work and dedication Shiamak made him dance at the major events. He has also danced at the Commonwealth games in Australia with Aishwarya.
He debuted in the serial “Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil” and is famous for playing the role of Manav in “Pavitra Rishta”. He is dating his co=star Ankita Lokhande from the show.
